Founding the Fund

Gail Gygax filed Articles of Incorporation for Gygax Memorial Fund, Inc. on September 14, 2009. The fund received approval of their status as a 501(c)(3) on April 22, 2011. The fund has been in continual operation since that time and has made all required annual reporting and proper tax filings for reported income and expenses.
