Brian Blume's residence. Brian joined Gary Gygax and Don Kaye at Tactical Studies Rules in late 1973, providing the desperately needed capital to print the first 1,000 copies of Dungeons & Dragons. Upon Don Kaye's death in January of 1975, Gary and Brian dissolved Tactical Studies Rules, bought out Donna Kaye's shares, and became partners in the newly formed TSR Hobbies. Brian relocated from the Chicago area and rented this house from the mid-to late 1970s as he and Gary continued to expand and develop Dungeons & Dragons and many other games for TSR.
