The Perren-Bell Convention, held November 12th and 13th, was put together by Victoria Perren, daughter of Jeff Perren, creator with Gary Gygax of Chainmail, an admitted progenitor of Dungeons & Dragons, for her father and her friend Greg Bell, an artist for Chainmail, Cavaliers & Roundheads, the Dungeons & Dragons booklets, as well as other TSR things.
